To apply download printable application submit by email- hcvadmissions@ghanc.org submit by mail PO Box 2398 Gastonia NC 28053 submit in person drop box in the lobby. The waiting list for the Mountain View, Cameron Courts, and Weldon Heights communities is now open. These communities, formerly under the Public Housing Program, have been converted to Project-based Section 8 through the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Program. The Cameron Courts, Weldon Heights and Mountain View communities currently have newly renovated 3, 4 and 5 bedroom units available. Applications will be accepted at the Gastonia Housing Authority office located at 340 W Long Ave Monday – Thursday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Applications can be submitted via our drop box located in our lobby, via email to hcvadmissions@ghanc.org , via mail to PO Box 2398, Gastonia, NC 28053 or via fax to 704-867-3587. The waiting list for the Linwood Terrace (age qualifications) currently have newly renovated 1 and 2 bedroom unit available.
